At Manserw, we eliminate these risks from the start. We build in accordance with PN-EN 61439 (including full design and routine verification), provide an EU Declaration of Conformity for the complete cabinet, and perform thermal imaging tests under load to detect hotspots before failures occur. We also ensure alignment with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC and IEC 61131-3 where applicable.

EPLAN Analysis and Design:
We work with the provided documentation or create our own projects in the CAE environment (WS-CAD). We verify the selection of equipment in terms of the thermal balance of the cabinet.
Component Selection:
As an official partner of Schneider Electric and distributor of Wenglor, we guarantee the originality of components and the availability of spare parts. We use proven solutions from brands like Schneider, Eaton, Rittal, and Siemens.
Precise Assembly and Wiring:
We use professional labeling systems (wires, devices, terminal blocks) according to the schematic, which reduces service time by 70%.
We ensure electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) through the separation of signal and power paths – crucial for inverters.
We crimp end sleeves with professional crimping tools.
Tests and Measurements:
Each cabinet undergoes functional tests ("cold" and under voltage), insulation resistance measurements, and continuity tests of protective conductors before shipping.
We design and build "turnkey" control cabinets for machines and production lines – PLC, HMI, wiring, testing, and documentation.
We build ergonomic control desks and integrated HMI panels – design, assembly, programming of screens, and functional testing.
We manufacture server and telecommunication cabinets for harsh industrial conditions – ventilation, security, structured cabling.
We are modernizing old switchgear – replacing contactors, fuses, meters, and controllers. We increase reliability without replacing the entire cabinet.
